Welcome to ether.fi (“Website”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Ethereum staking platform provided at Ether-fi-com.gr.com (“Site”). Please read these Terms carefully before using the Site or any services offered by ether.fi. By accessing or using ether.fi, you agree to be bound by these Terms. 1. Eligibility

3. User Registration and Account Security

  • You may be required to connect a compatible Ethereum wallet to participate in staking services.
  • You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your wallet, private keys, and account credentials.
  • ether.fi will never ask for your private keys or seed phrases. Never share them with anyone.
  • You agree that all activities occurring under your wallet address are your responsibility.

4. Staking Terms

  • By staking ETH via ether.fi, you acknowledge the risks associated with staking on the Ethereum blockchain, including but not limited to slashing, protocol changes, smart contract vulnerabilities, and loss of funds.
  • Rewards and returns are determined by the Ethereum protocol and may fluctuate based on network conditions. ether.fi does not guarantee any specific yield.
  • Unstaking periods and withdrawal times are governed by the Ethereum network and may be subject to delays outside ether.fi’s control.
  • Fees for staking, unstaking, or other services may apply. All applicable fees will be disclosed prior to transaction execution.

5. Risks and Disclaimers

  • Cryptocurrency and blockchain technologies are inherently risky and volatile. You accept full responsibility for any risks, including but not limited to technical failures, blockchain reorganization, protocol attacks, and regulatory changes.
  • ether.fi provides access to smart contracts and interfaces as-is. We do not warrant that the Site or services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
  • ether.fi is not responsible for any losses or damages resulting from your use of the platform, including loss of staked assets, rewards, or access to your wallet.
  • Nothing on ether.fi constitutes financial, investment, or legal advice. You should consult qualified professionals before making any financial decisions.

6. Prohibited Activities

By using ether.fi, you agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right.
  • Use the Site for fraudulent, illegal, or malicious purposes.
